The latest Wii U port has landed on Switch, and this one’s a biggie: the excellent Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is out today.
A rerelease of the original Wii U game, but with some subtle yet welcome improvements, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury offers lots of fantastic gameplay for single players or co-op fans. This time around, the game includes a new Bowser’s Fury expansion, where Mario and Bowser Jr. explore a whole new region and come up against the mighty ‘Fury Bowser’.
It’s probably a no-brainer for platforming fans, then… or is it? For many, this will be the first opportunity to see what Super Mario 3D World is all about, but Wii U owners might be torn over the idea of double-dipping to own the same game a second time. Maybe Mario just isn’t your thing at all, or perhaps you’ve had it pre-ordered for weeks?
